Course: TM 110 - Distinguished Club Program Course Description: The course explains the components and recognition levels of the Distinguished Club Program. An assessment of the current position of the club (relative to other clubs) within the District is made followed by a discussion of the measurable Club goals, strategies and resources required to achieve the goals of the coming year (calendar or fiscal). Length: 55 minutes Target Audience: President Immediate Past President Course Objectives & Goals: At the conclusion of the course the participant will: a. know the components of the Distinguished Club Plan, will know its importance and how the Club will be measured; b. be able to develop a "Club Success Plan as a leadership tool; and c. have an initial set of strategies and resources for a Distinguished year.
