Course: TM 161 - The Club Meeting Environment Course Description: The course explains how the Sergeant At Arms sets up the proper meeting environment and provides for the reception of guests and members. Length: 55 minutes Target Audience: Sergeant At Arms Course Objectives & Goals: At the conclusion of the course the participants will: a. be able to set and arrange the room for a Club meeting; b. have identified the expected Club property necessary for a typical business and educational meeting; c. be aware of the responsibility of Club property management; and d. the Sergeant At Arms will be able to chair the Social and Reception Committee and put into action the procedures for greeting guests and maintaining the Club guest book.
