TM 312 - Working Together

Course Description:
The course looks at the attributes of an effective team of officers and a
successful Club. How to build an effective team? How to to tap the resources
and talents of the membership. Building pride. Knowing the strengths and
weaknesses of the leaders and the membership. Club dynamics - stretching to
meet the goals of the Club and the individual members.

Length:  55 minutes

Target Audience:
All Club Officers
Area Governors

Course Objectives & Goals:
At the conclusion of the course each participant will: 
 a. feel good about being a member of a team;
 b. better understand the need to share responsibilities; and
 c. know how best to make a significant contribution to the growth of the
Club and Toastmasters in general.
