- Area E3 serves Springfield, Massachusetts and Enfield, Connecticut.
- The Division E leadership team contributes to the Mission of District 53 by accomplishing Distinguished Division Program goals in membership building and retention, Club extension, and educational and leadership accomplishments.
- The Division Governor motivates and leads the Areas and Clubs within the Division to achieve Distinguished status; ensures that each Club realizes its Mission and fulfills its responsibilities to its members.
