Delmar, New York - The Bethlehem Toastmaster's Club 542 awarded its first annual "Excellence in Communications Award" for 2006 to State Senator Neil D. Breslin. The Communications award was given in recognition of Senator Breslin's outstanding efforts to keep his constituents informed on matters of public policy and his abilities and accomplishments as a public speaker. Neil Breslin, Democrat, is currently serving his fifth term as New York State Senator. He represents the 46th District, which consists entirely of Albany County.
