District Humorous Speech Contest
The District 53 Humorous Speech Contest was held at the Saturday evening Banquet on November 4th at the Holiday Inn, Albany-Turf in Albany, NY. Each contestant, representing one of six divisions, delivered an original speech with a clearly evident theme that uses humor to enhance the value and purpose.
