| Sharon has been a Toastmaster since June 2008. She loves going to club meetings, contests, conferences, trainings, and special events because of the wonderful people there. An English, French and Spanish teacher in New York for twelve years, she now works for Governor Rell. Her famly includes four sons, two granddaughters and two cats. She enjoys music, books, film, theatre, writing and the beach. |

Cathie has been a member of Speakeasy Toastmasters since May 2002 and has served as Vice President of Education for 3 terms; Secretary for 1 term; and Area E2 Governor in 2008-2009. She currently holds the Advanced Communicator Gold (ACG) and Advanced Leadership Bronze (ALB) awards and intends to complete her Distinguished Toastmaser (DTM) award by the end of the 2010-2011 year.
Cathie currently works as a Marketing Communications Specialist for the Evaluation Systems group of Pearson. She has traveled extensively and has lived in 3 countries outside the United States. Her most admirable accomplishment is the ability to order ice cream in 18 languages. |

Jon Toner works for the Mass Mutual Financial Group in Springfield, Mass. He is happily married and is the proud father of four.
Recognizing the need to improve his public speaking skills, he joined the Mass Mutual Toastmasters in 2008. He enjoyed the program so much that he joined the Mass Mutual Speakers Club in 2009 to give him more time to develop and practice his skills.
He has served our District as Web Architect, responsible for the website's structure more than the content. He still serves in that role, and is also serving as Area E-3 Governor. |
