All of Division A extends a resounding applause and congratulations to Wayne Winsley, member of Barnum Square Toastmasters Club #1701 in Area A4, who took First Place in the District 53 Humorous Speech Contest at the 2010 Fall Conference. Wayne’s speech, “Roosevelt, a Dodge, and a Marriage,” filled the room with laughter as he delivered the pearly words of a grandfather (and car salesman) lending sage advice concerning marriage to his grandson who is about to be wed. We are all proud of you, Wayne!
