Area 34 Fall 2011 Contests
Monday, October 3, 2011 - The Area 34 Table Topics and Humorous Speech Contests were hosted by Cromwell Community Toastmasters at the Cromwell Town Hall. Area 34 Governor, Laura Dinan, organized the event. The Contest Master was Charlie Hubert. Cheryl Mason acted as Chief Judge. Former District Governor Ray Johnson assumed the role of Sergeant-at-Arms. Also present was Division C Governor, Sharon Roth. Members from four clubs in Area 34 were in attendance. Winners will compete again at the Divison C Speech Contests on Tuesday, October 25th at Marlborough Fellowhip Church in Marlborough, CT. Division C contest winners will compete at the Fall 2011 Conference at the Heritage Hotel in Southbury on Saturday, November 19th, 2011.
