Saratoga Care #9748 of Saratoga Springs, NY captured Francis when they visited Washington County Toastmasters for the Spring Area Contest. President Dorothy Luetters, Cathy Burch, Janice Gribben and Don Bullard returned to Saratoga Springs with Francis.
Saratoga Care is an open club that meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month in the Board Room of Saratoga Hospital from 12:30-1:30 p.m.
