Leveraging Toastmasters Skills For Volunteer and How to leverage your self-confidence, communication and leadership skills learned at TM to become more effective in your community and social/volunteer activities. Learn how to excite people about your cause, how to motivate people to action and how to mentor others to keep momentum strong. Louise Alberti has performed leadership roles since the age of 12 in her community as well as in many other areas of interest. She is a certified celebrant with the Celebrant USA Foundation, helps others take charge and become more effective when driving projects that are of personal importance to them. |
Emotional Intelligence Emotional intelligence determines our true potential for success in life and on the job - even more than IQ. Learn to understand your own com-munication style and how to under-stand, and learn from other styles. You will learn practical, easy-to-use tools to increase your emotional intelligence and leadership skills. Andrea Isaacs is a faculty member for the Riso-Hudson Professional Training Program, a frequent guest teacher for Ginger Lapid-Bogda’s Enneagram in Business Training Program. Andrea teaches in an Emotional and Physical Intelligence Certification Program, conducts workshops and consults with clients internationally. She is on the Executive Board of the International Enneagram Association. |

His client base includes organizations like 'Family and Children Services of the Berkshires', 'Dollar General Corp.', and several state governments. He writes a monthly syndicated column and has produced and hosted a radio talk show. |
